The 2025 Elantra Luxury adds on a number of premium upgrades over the lower trims that aim to create a more refined driving and ownership experience. Under the hood, it still mostly uses the base 2.0‑litre naturally aspirated 4‑cylinder engine putting out about 147 hp and 132 lb‑ft of torque, paired with a variable transmission. What changes is the level of comfort, technology, and interior materials. You’ll find leatherette (or similar premium upholstery) seating surfaces, a larger 10.25‑inch colour touchscreen with navigation, a matching digital instrument cluster of a similar size, and an 8‑speaker Bose® premium audio system for richer sound. Dual‑zone automatic climate control, a power sunroof, and often a heated steering wheel and heated seats are included too.
From a feature and safety standpoint, the Luxury trim steps things up significantly. It carries forward all of Hyundai’s SmartSense driver‑assist suite (collision avoidance, lane keeping/following, blind‑spot monitoring, rear cross‑traffic alert, etc.) but adds more tech‑centric conveniences such as the BlueLink connected vehicle system, and more display real estate for driver info and navigation. The Luxury also has nicer exterior touches which help give it a more upscale curb appeal.
